Favuto / LEGAL

Terms of Use

Last updated:

1. What Favuto provides

Favuto helps you organize personal records, track finances and use optional online features. The Android app is currently a private pilot and is not yet available through the Google Play link on this website. Features depend on the app version, permissions, connection and service availability.

2. Financial and AI information

Favuto is not a bank or a payment service. Recording a payment, transfer, holding or debt does not execute a real transaction. Reports depend on the information you enter; reference prices and estimates may be delayed or inaccurate. AI responses and other information are not professional financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Verify information independently and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

3. Your records and access

Keep your records accurate, review recognized receipts and AI output, and protect account credentials and recovery material. Exported copies are your responsibility. Do not upload data you are not entitled to use. Access methods, backups and recovery differ between local records, AI and messaging accounts.

4. Acceptable use

Use Favuto lawfully. Do not try to access another person’s data, bypass access controls, disrupt services or use the service to harm others. The operator may restrict misuse according to applicable law and the final published terms.

5. Online features and third parties

Online AI, messaging, reference data, synchronization and notifications depend on external services. Review the privacy policy and the app’s consent screens before using them. AI can produce incorrect or inappropriate responses. Availability and limits may change; no uninterrupted-service guarantee is made in this draft.

6. Availability and payment

No public Favuto pricing or paid subscription plan is offered on this website. Tracking your subscriptions is a finance feature, not a purchase from Favuto. Any future paid offering needs its own clear price, renewal and cancellation information before purchase.

7. Ending use and deleting data

You may stop using the app and request account and associated data deletion through the deletion page. Uninstalling the app or disconnecting a session does not itself remove remote data. Keep any records you need before requesting deletion.

8. Operator and applicable terms

The operator identity, eligibility, jurisdiction and any lawful limitations of liability must be reviewed and completed before these terms are used for a public release. Nothing in this draft is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Updates and contact

Use the support address below for questions. The operator should publish updated terms and give any notice required by applicable law before material changes take effect.
